Welcome to Sonydig ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, digital services, software solutions, marketing, and consultancy services (collectively, "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.
2. Definitions
In these Terms:
- "Client" or "you" refers to any individual or entity receiving or using our Services.
- "Service Deliverables" means all products, digital assets, software, designs, content, reports, and documentation produced under a service engagement.

3. Services
Sonydig provides a range of digital solutions including but not limited to:
- Web design and web development
- Custom software and application development
- Digital marketing, SEO, and performance campaigns
- Cybersecurity and data protection services
- Cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and enterprise systems
- Consulting and technical support
Service engagements are defined in separate Service Agreements or Statements of Work (SOW) which incorporate these Terms.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information required for project delivery.
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
- Make payments, share content, or grant access as needed to perform services.
5. Payment Terms
- Fees and payment schedules are specified in the relevant Service Agreement or SOW.
- Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due within the timeframe specified (e.g., 15–30 days).
- Delayed payments may incur interest as specified in the Service Agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
- Sonydig retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in tools, methodologies, frameworks, and any proprietary materials used to deliver Services.
- Upon full payment, ownership of custom work specifically created for the Client (e.g., source code, designs) may transfer to the Client as agreed in writing.
- The Client grants Sonydig a license to use, reproduce, and display the Client’s name and logo for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise restricted.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed during the Service engagement. Confidential information may only be used to fulfill service obligations and must not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services also is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference and explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
- Sonydig will perform Services with reasonable skill and care.
- We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of software or systems once deployed in the Client’s production environment.
- Except where prohibited by law, all warranties are disclaimed, and Services are provided "as is".
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Sonydig shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.
- Our total liability for any claims related to Services, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific Services in question.
11. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sonydig, its affiliates, officers, and personnel from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Client’s breach of these Terms or misuse of Services.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate a Service Agreement or SOW in accordance with the termination provisions therein. Upon termination, all unpaid fees and expenses become immediately due.
13. Changes to Terms
Sonydig may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our Website with a revised effective date. Continued use of Services after notification implies acceptance of changes.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sonydig is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action, where applicable.
